What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Fresh mushrooms and perishable items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Dried mushrooms, snacks, and non-perishable items may be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

If there is an issue with your order or something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

  • Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are prepared or dispatched.
  • Once an order is in preparation or ready for collection, changes may no longer be possible—especially for fresh items.

Click & Collect

How does Click & Collect work?

Simply choose Click & Collect at checkout and place your order online.

Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know it’s available for collection from our store.

Please wait for this email before coming in, as some orders require preparation time.

When will my Click & Collect order be ready?

Most Click & Collect orders are ready within the same day or next business day, depending on the products ordered.

Fresh items are prepared to order, so preparation times may vary slightly. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready to collect.

What do I need to bring when collecting my order?

When collecting your order, please bring:

  • Your order confirmation email, and
  • A form of photo ID (if requested)

This helps us ensure your order is handed to the correct customer.

Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?

Yes, someone else can collect your order for you.

Please make sure they bring:

  • Your order confirmation email, and
  • The name used on the order

How long do you hold Click & Collect orders?

We hold Click & Collect orders for 48 hours after notifying you that your order is ready.

If you need longer to collect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can advise—especially for fresh or perishable items.

Is Click & Collect free?

Yes — Click & Collect is free on all eligible orders.
