Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Mushroom Shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible products. To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: We do not accept returns on fresh mushrooms unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Due to their perishable nature, all fresh mushroom sales are final unless there is a proven issue with the product.

To start a return, please email us at returns@shopmushrooms.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for confirmation before sending anything back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at returns@shopmushrooms.co.uk.

Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
